My experiences have helped me hone strong skills in leading workplace learning and change processes through effective collaboration, communication and process management skills.
I’m passionate about teaching, learning, transformation and leadership. Working in the field of higher education for over 25 years as an educator, education developer and senior administrator, has given me a wealth of experience promoting teacher excellence, enhancing program quality, increasing student success and improving institutional efficacy. Complementing my work in college and university settings, I have over 20 years of corporate consulting experience providing training and workplace learning programs in public, private and not-for-profit organizations.
Organized Consulting and Training
I founded Transformative Education (TE), a sole proprietorship operating in Ontario, to more formally organize differentiated consulting and training services I provided to organizations and post-secondary institutions for more than 20 years.
Operating out of a principal location in Mississauga, I—and my team of specialized experts—have served numerous clients locally, nationally and internationally for a wide array of educational and organizational change projects. My core services focus on transforming adult learning as it relates to:
